Well i would invest money into genetic engineering and have them focus on genetically engineering cows to produce more methane and to be able to survive in the Martian environment, then i would ship robots to Mars to plant beans for the cows to eat so they produce even more methane when the expel gas from there rear ends, super gas producing cows is the way to go because the excess methane could be used to produce electricity and fuel for vehicles.
