Hi,I have a 2001 Acura RL with about 300k on it, and I would like to service my entire suspension system. What are the things I need to check/fix/service/replace if I want to revive my suspension? Here are the things I can think about off the top of my head.- balance tires- lower bulge for all tires- read differential fluid change? Thanks
check tires brakes rotors calipers springs struts sway bar tie end rod bushings cv joints boots bleed the brakes
Holy crap that's a lot of miles. If you want a list of things that should be done add a list of the stuff you've already done k? How long have you owned it? Who owned it before you? Edit: OK what are the condition of the shocks, struts, plugs, brakes, tires, fluid? Any electrical issues? Any idiot lights on? If so what are the codes? Hows the tranny holding up? ---- Realized I never answered your question - New Shocks, struts,CV Axles (Adj. camber alignment) and your suspension should be good as new. Buy the heavy duty stuff because it sounds like you need it.
I believe so, however you have to read the manual since that'll tell you by how much.
