Question:

Teenager Wanting To Learn Real Estate?

Sorry I probably didn't even word that right. I'm 16, bout to be 17 and a junior in high school. I wanted to start learning real estate right now so I could try it and make some money and possibly a career while in college. Can anybody in this business please suggest some sites and what to learn to do this? Thanks alot

Answer:

Call a real estate agent or a loan officer and volunteer your time.
I suggest you get a Realtor Mentor who can tell you about real life market experiences first hand. Showing your interest at your age could lead to a summer job which you could gain even more experience. Just make sure you find someone who is very successful to make your mentor.
Once okorder for the best real estate online resources available with links to all the specialty disciplines. Save your money and buy a house really young because that will give you some equity and credit worthiness when you want to make your first investment moves. Keep your eye on the ball. Good luck.
