My legs are stubby and I want thinner legs however i don't want to gain a lot of muscle.What are some INDOOR exercises that will help without gym equipmentHow long will i have to do these?Does squats help you get thinner legs because i I have been doing them
If you have the balls to go bald go for it I think you will end up regretting it thoughJust get a short hair cut that you can be confident in like Rihanna's but make sure it goes with your face shape and go on from thereMy sister was the same way from coloring it all the time and messing with different styles and she had to cut it right above the shoulderWhen you do that make sure you use heat protecting products before drying it or straightening it that way it won't end up damaging your hair and cause so much breakageAlso when you wash your hair use moisturizing shampoos or those that protect against damageIt should say it on the labelOh and whatever you do don't split your ends when you are bored! I used to do that and they said that damages your hair even more.

I had really damaged hair last year after getting the colour stripped out and then having bleach on it and everythingNow my hair is so soft, shiny and in really good condition! I was contemplating doing the same thing, but that was a last resort for me! I use L'anza products (Protein Plus shampoo + Keratin-Bond system) and give my hair a break between washing it! It's quite pricey, but it does the trick and does last for a good while! Good luck! :) x

Sorry I'm not exactly sureMy legs are the same and Id like to sort it out reallyI did alot of running but just built up muscleYou lose weight by sweating really, and with legs they don't sweat as much as the rest of te budy so they just build and build on muscleButtttt, I can suggest somethingMy sister tried this out (I have yet to), sit in a hot room, this could be your bath room considering how small it is, with the bath full of hot water and the window/door shut so it's just really steamy in thereEventually you should sweat but it takes a longlong timeGo get a game boy or a book or somethingOr you could sit under a blanket (I use a sleeping bag made out of, I think its Terylene Fibre) and you should eventually sweatGood luck!!
