I just recently replaced the left rear tire on my 07 Jeep Liberty with about 6000 miles on it. Do I have to replace all four? It‘s 2WD by the way.
no not all of them just make shure they are all the same size.
No, be sure though that you buy a tire of the same size, preferably the same make and model of the opposite tire. Tire diameter is very important and even though tires may be marked as the same size, i.e., P225/75R16 (the standard Liberty tire) there can be differences in the actual diameter. This is especially important on the drive wheels (the rear tires on the Liberty) as different diameter tires can cause serious problems with safety, the axle and gears. Finally, unless the tire suffered a road damage or manufacturing failure I would be concerned with why the tire failed at 6,000 miles
