$36.00 dollars unless you bought they from there and have the lifetime warranty then it would be free.
i've been buying tires for over 50 years and have never seen a FREE tire balance. if your buying new you might also have the valve stems replaced, this also i've never seen done for free. some dealers, if you bought the tires there, will rotate them for free.
Tire balance runs about $8.00 a tire and $15.00 for a rotate. The cheapest would be to take it to where you purchased the tires and they might do it for free. If they are LesSwab tires you can take it to them, tell them they were purchased from a different store and they will cut you a good deal.
