I have a suspicion it may be a breached combustion chamber. The theory When the unit is cold, all is fine. When it heats up, the crack expands enough to affect the pressure switch reading and unit shuts down. The test Carbon monoxide detector. Call your gas supplier and ask for someone to come check it. They should come rather quickly if you tell them you suspect CO and why. This is a potentially life threatening condition until you can confirm it isn't the case. I hope I'm wrong 'cause the fix will dent the coffers. There are other possible causes, but I could only offer speculation without a schematic or at least the brand/model. Best wishes.
