Okay so ive been told i have a small pallet. Well, lately when i make certain sounds such as s i seem to put pressure on my tongue with my teeth and my tongue is beginning to hurt. This hasnt happened before. How do you fix this or give my tongue some relief?
ok for 1 its not something you can take out urself... just leave it in there ... you've made it this far anyway.... trust i know how much they suck... i got mine off a couply months ago
My orthodontist told me I'd have it for 3 months, but it probably depends on how small the roof of your mouth is. And I think it would be extremely painful to try to take it out yourself.
