I have had 4 tickets in the past 12 months. The first ticket I attended traffic school and so there are now 3 points on my record (one for each ticket).My question is: Am I able to send a written letter to a judge requesting to take traffic school and ultimately remove one of the three points off of my record?I have been found guilty of all the traffic tickets and already paid them all. ALL traffic tickets are under a year old. 2 speeding, 1 yielding to pedestrian
No. Traffic school is NEVER permitted more than once a year. With your record, you NEED to have your license suspended.
