maybe your hair is thick heres what to do: go to a sallys beauty supply store and buy some spritz or something that makes your hair HOLD. i have to use extreme hold. so i know how that goes..haha. but also you have to make sure that you are putting the rollers in right.. try leaving them in over night.. if worse comes to worse then just go and buy a curling iron.. thats what i had to do.

100% absolutely yes if it's in common areas. There are huge fines involved with not keeping up on it. Call the fire Marshall and let him know the situation. He'll take care of it from there. If the detector is in your private residence, it's your responsibility.
