That's a terrible scene, it looks like he really smashes his head in !!! But it is technically perfect too I have seen the making off (that scene) on MY DVD (European version) that's amazing too and unbelievable. They worked with a dummy and the old flash-back-trick from Alfred Hitchcock Aaron. PS My favorite scene is in the red tunnel with bella Monica I've been watching this scene more than 1000 times : First time in history of cinema a NON-blond girl was raped !!!

It could be carbon monoxide poisoning. Leave your gas off and go to the hardware store tomorrow get a carbon monoxide detector they're really cheap it's a thing u stick on the boiler and it changes colour if its leaking gas.
