i know we can upgrade ram but are vga upgradeable on laptop?
No, not enough room. The graphics cards are specially engineered.

This is dependant on the motherboard used in the laptop. Many low to mid budget laptops have the vga card as part of the mobo and not removeable. What laptop is it? To be more specific, most Dell, HP, Toshiba, Samsung, Lenovo's etc have a built in vga card to the mobo and not replaceable.
