I have USB loader installed on my wii and when i try to play animal crossing and wii music, it kind of freezes up. like, first, the cursor will get really really figity then it just freezes. am i missing a cIOS or something like that?
cios rev 10 would be enough but there are some games that wont work with usb loader anyway... burn them
The thing is you can't load stuff from your USB drive to your Wii! You need an SD card. The USB ports in the back are just for a keyboard for the internet or a microphone for Rock Band.
i had the same problem with USB loader with Animal Crossing, it would freeze for me all the time when i would leave my house. you might want to ry reinstalling the cIOS and see if that helps. also you could look into Wiigator's Backup Loader Gamma v0.3, where instead of a usb drive you can burn the .iso files onto a DVD-R disk and play them without having to install a modchip into your wii.
