Question:

Using lime as a plant fertilizer?

I've read, in addition to egg shells and dried coffee grounds, that lime can also be a good organic fertilizer. How does this work? What's a good way to prepare actual lime fruit as a fetilizer?

Answer:

Oh yes, very much. You do not want your dog to be around that. The dog will start itching alot, sneezing and if swallowed, twisted stomach, which will cause you a very expensive vet bill. Take my word, be careful.
Are we talking about lime that is used in mortar and concrete or the fruit? The chemical lime is EXTREMELY basic and can cause chemical burns, eye damage, and can cause damage to the GI and respiratory tracts. Lime juice shouldn't cause any problems. Lime should be kept out of reach of animals, children, and incompetent people.
Lime power or lime powder. Can you expound on this a bit! *;*
