Question:

Utility company damaged my lawn, who is liable?

My neighbor had a wooden building (shed) delivered, and because it was on top of a truck, it did not clear the power lines that were above their driveway. The truck driver ended up pulling down the lines and made the large post which was situated on my land, split in two and fell over on the road. The electric company turned up later to put a new post in and clamp the old post to the new (temporary). To do this they ended up driving over on my land (5 trucks and cranes)Now my beautiful lawn, is now like a race trackHuge tire marks, huge dents, bumpy everywhere and sod ruined.Who is liable for this? There is no way I can fix this myselfMy ride on lawn mower is not going to be able to cut the lawn in this state. There is an easement beside the road, but they were far from the easement, my whole front lawn is ruined. Will it be the electric company or the truck driver who pulled the cables down?

Answer:

Eat vegetables seeds nuts and lean proteins
do 250 breaststrokes about 10 minutes
get tempting foods out of your home
keep a food journal so you can be accountable
The electric company will have to go after the truck driver for the damage he caused to the pole and linesYou can go after the electric company for tearing up your yardThey must put it back into the condition it was before they made the race trackBut beware, this will take timeFirst, you contact them; they send someone out, whenever; they will probably hire a landscaper and when he has time, he will take care of the lawn.
