My Boyfriend Has A ‘95 Volvo (I‘m Not Sure What Model) And He Has A Problem With His Windshield Wipers. They Only Work When He Uses The Windshield Wiper Fluid, But By Themsleves They Don‘t Work. We Both Tried Looking In Car Repair Books But They Had Nothing For Windshield Wiper Problems For Volvo. What‘s Wrong With Them And HOW CAN IT BE FIXED?I Live In Wisconsin, Where It Snows Badly One Day, Then Down Pours Rain The Next. Probably a duvet; they're filled with down and are very light and warm. You can get them at most department stores. Try Quilts Etc if you have one where you live.
Could be bad ground under dash. Could be a bad wiper switch. Call a VOlvo dealer and ask for free advice! You have nothing to lose. There may have ben a recall on that switch, or in the wiring harness! Good Luck!!!
