exhaust will be the best,about 14-18 hp for more headers will bump that up to about 25-30 hp,with a performance muffler. filter about 10-12 hp. didn't mention if your car is obd1 or obd2, pre 96n is obd1 96 and later is obd2, if your car is the latter, why not just buy a prom programmer for it, lot less trouble and probably not much more for cost.
Dont get a warrior Reebok 11k, Bauer Totalone and Vapor x60, Easton S19 All better sticks. Warriors are poorly made and break easily.
if you put an air intake system you'll probably have to install an exhaust system anyway!!!!
