I want a warrior hockey stick but idk what one to get. and what grip?
around $1.00 to $1.25 a pound. brite copper is around$2.25 a pound. Like new electric copper wire
used a pro stock 10k i got at the pro shop in the rink in wilmington where the bruins practice. they sell all the stuff the bruins leave behind. it was unmarked and the guys didnt know whos stick it was but it was unreal, great for snappin off a quick shot. it had a curve on it similar to a weight. for the past few years i've been using mostly warrior 2pieces AKs and the Johnson(just for sh*ts and giggles) but i've used the kronik and dolomites. dolomite won't let you down and for 99 beans i'd buy as many as i could afford
the Warrior Kronik Nipple Grip Sr. One-Piece Hockey Stick one. chris pronger sometimes uses that in ducks colors
Going through the lineup Royale/Shogun/Startskie - price point, not worth what they charge. There is better value from other offerings and other brands. Dolomite/AK-27 - the best they have, in my opinion. Great durability and performance, and you can get last year's for cheaper now. The one piece Dolomite is the EXACT SAME as the shaft with blade. The AK is the standard while the Dolo is tapered. MacDaddy - their better high-end stick, durability issues but a good performer. Kronik - a big gimmick to get your dollars. The Spyne blade is soft and kills your bakchand, same shaft as the lower models with Look at me, 420! marketing. As for the grip, Soft grip is a rubber-like grip to keep your bottom hand from sliding on the shaft. Not too tacky like Easton's, not too non-existant like TPS Clear is no grip. Nipple grip is similar to soft grip, but they added raised bumps to better grab your gloves in a zone around the top third of the shaft. If you find Polarfibre, it's an older carry-over that Innovative had before Warrior bought them. It's a tactile grip (no rubber or stickiness) that's a mix between the feel of cloth tape or maybe a sand paper. It won't hurt your gloves, it just makes a bunch of little bumps and holes that the palm material can grip into/onto.
