All it had was one of those cheap basic aluminum foil pans you can buy at the supermarket and a really cheap little grill grate.I have a lot of these disposable aluminum pans in my house and it never crossed my mind that it could be used to burn charcoal and grill, is this really safe?

start out using a milk cartoncut that any way to start the formation of a maskthis will be your base to itcut eyes and a mouthwhatever you need to your desireeput elmers glue in a bowl and cover the entire carton with glueadd small pieces of paper with a light coating of glue to cover the complete maskdo about 4 coats of wet newspaperpluenews paper is easy to paint on and makes a great base cause it dries hardyou can pop holes in the side to string ruberband to hold on your headdecorate to your desiree!!! hope this helps
