Answer:

yes, and keep a close eye on the tyre pressures next time
yes, and there is a gauge at the side surface of the tire (an arrow). this arrow will lead you to a wart at the to of the tire where you can then indicate whether you tire need to be replaces or no, and that's by checking the wart level in the top. if the wart is at the same level of the tire carves then you need to replace them immediately.
Well deepends what state you may live in. However CooperThefts is very common in Northern CA. The Thefts have hit new construction sites pulling Street Lites, wire, even some street lite wires. Just to get the cooper wire then taking them to recyclers or scavengers that pay upto $1.50 to $2.50 lbs. plus show a valid ID of person that sale it to the Recyclers location. So the Law Enforcement agency is having hard time to catch the thefts suspects. Then not to mention the public utility, and construction company officials that have to replace items stolen. This normally means either Higher house cost or public tax payers bare the cost of ths cooper wire or pipe stolen.
Hi to All You Guys, You all haven't considered that it is still worth more than a so much per pound value. If it is still in a very usable condition, some one would probably be willing to buy it from you, if you offered it for sale at even 3/4 the retail price that the local home center is selling it for. People like to do small projects and not want to spend big bucks at the home centers. If there is a goodly quantity though, and not any good lengths, then for sure un-load it at a recycler. My 2 cents, hope this helps, Dave
Alot. Check with your local salvage yard or recyclers (they'll be in the yellow pages) for price per pound.
