Solder by far. Push-in fittings corrode over time and will fail. It might be five or ten years down the road, but they will fail, and you won't know it until you see a big wet spot on your wall, and by then it's too late. If you haven't soldered before, look up a video on YouTube on how to do it. It's easy. I teach the boys in my scout troop how to do it every few years, and they get the hang of it pretty easily. It takes skill and practice to make it look good, but it's easy to solder a joint that will hold for decades.
