Hills, if you have any they are great for building up the muscle because they really have to get their hindquarters underneath them. Also lots of dressage work, jumping is just dressage with obstacles and keeping your horse round and on the bit really gets them building up muscles in their back and hind quarters.
A year ago I could've answered that question easily since they didnt have that damn eoc in the game. Now? I have no clue, probably rune armor I guess
