Question:

What are PHAT pants and what are they used for?

is it a type of trackpants or did the person have difficulty spelling fat?

Answer:

no because they add in the contents an anti freeze
Carlos and Justanother have the basics covered..and let me re-emphasis mounting an automatic system in the engine box, as 90 percent of fires start there, and you DONT want to OPEN and engine box to use a handheld extinguisher..can we say FIREBALL, boys and girls? and where ever you pick to mount the extinguisher make sure its at least 3..and 6 would be better feet away from the compass or you'll have some interesting readings!
Fire extinguishers usually contains compressed carbon dioxide CO2 and in order for it to freeze it must hit below or at its freezing point which is -78.5 °C (-109.3 °F). The room temperature is around 20°C so this can never happen unless extreme circumstances.
