It is not the purpose of this forum to tell people how to commit crimes. Knowing what things can be used to defeat locks is something for the lock companies, not for the general public. As part of my work I test these things and provide the results to the companies that pay me to perform the tests on their products. The information is proprietary- and expensive. I provided an answer long ago regarding freon only because I know that it is no longer available to the general public and it is generally a crime for most people just to try and buy it unless you are licensed of course, all states are different in their laws. Knowing what can be used to defeat a lock is not necessary. Buying the best lock you can based on the manufacturer and their recommendations is the best way to keep your bike safe. EDIT: McG the only thing that needs to be cooled is the key tumbler, not the entire lock. The tumblers will shear right off. Myth unbusted.
