I went to the ER today because I was having abdominal painThey did an abdominal x-ray and it turns out I have fecal matter in my intestines, which is causing a lot of discomfort.So that's a sign that I need to eat foods high in fiber.What foods are fiber-rich besides fruits and veggies?
