Check the fuse panel for a blown fuse. If it's not a fuse, leaning over to open the passenger door is a lot easier and cheaper than trying to fix the locks. You would have to find the parts that you think you need, remove the interior door panel for access to the mechanism, replace the parts, replace the interior door panel and then hope that all of the trouble that you went through solves your problem with a 13 year old car.
