Need year/make/model and tire size (there are over 1,800 tire sizes) and also need to know what you mean by traction. Different people will interpret that term in different ways.
It depends on where and how you plan to use them really. Is it off road,street or a mix? Any tire with a AA traction rating is about the best you can get as far as the NHSTA is concerned. If its going to be for mixed or off road use you should make sure the tire has a M+S mark on the carcass of the tire. This means it has been mud and snow rated as part of the traction score.
