I'm looking for a pair of new tires (235/45ZR17) for the rear axle which will provide the best wet road handling and corner stability. so far i found Michelin Pilot Sport A/S Plus and Bridgestone Potenza RE960AS Pole Position-both look attractive. Is there any other i should look at? like Dunlop etc. Remember! i need the best wet road condition handling!!!Thanks!
If you go to a store that sells horse equipment like you are looking for some let you rent also. My friend rents all the time!!
For 120 bucks you have loads of options. If I had to suggest one brand it would no doubt be Abu Garcia. I've used their products for years and will keep doing the same. They have setups anywhere from 30 dollar spinning setups up to 200 dollar baitcasting setups. You probably first want to decide on whether you're wanting a baitcasting reel or spincast reel. For the baitcast (especially if you're just starting out using them) there's a really line called the Black Max Series. I've seen them for 60 bucks although I don't necessarily like the rods they come equipped with. I bought the Black Max series reel by itself for around 50 then bought a 6'6 medium heavy Abu rod for 40. It's a really cheap setup but they are great setups. If you're looking for a higher end baitcast setup or reel, check out the Abu Garcia Revo. I own 2 of them and they are very nice and versatile. I've slow rolled spinnerbaits, cranked in swimbaits, jig fished, etc etc all on this reel and did great.
The answer is yes. There are several websites where you can rent horse clothes. However, keep in mind that these rentals are usually for riders who show but can't afford the cloths and therefor the clothing rental itself is expensive, plus the renters will expect them back in excellent condition (no dirt stains I'm afraid). Overall I really don't suggest it. A better avenue would probably be to look into resell. If you are only going to be using them for a short time and never intend to use them again condition, quality and brand-name aren't very important. Something basic and cheap should do as long as it looks comfy. I'd try
Im not sure about rentingthat would be neat for other people, will you be riding western or english? I know nothing about western (sorry) but in english I dont think you can do that, but for a helmate a bicycle helmate should work, the pants are breches or (english) riding pants, you should be allowed to use jeans, you should also be able to use rain boots for boots, anything with a heel, if you cant use these things, go to petsmart wiht a stateline tack in it, never mind i was going to find a site with all the locations, but i just read they have been taken out of all petsmarts! that sucks!!! I dont live near one, but anytime we are near one we go in and get a bunch of stuff! urg! anyways you can go to tack stores and try the stuff on, but look for them on sale, and explain to the store owner what your looking for and for what! but the jeans, rain boots, and bicycle helmates should be ok, but contact the camp, probably the onlything they may not like is the helmate, which really arnt that expensive! GOOD LUCK!!!!
