About a month ago there was a fire and the hose did not work a few days later we saw a plumber fixing SOME of them but the one close to us still has a repair tag from 2007 that says 'needs repaire beside this i had many many other problems so at this point i just want to move out. Can I?
I don't know why lately we have a lot of sickness , is not easy to have a family member sick the worst part is the people around them, they suffer more that the sick person, have you ever think to put him in a good hospital to somebody else take care of him, because sometimes they can give him better attention, and is gonna be less stress for you, good luck have a good holidays.
Take it to your nearest fire station.
Stanley openers are among the biggest pieces of junk ever made. You will have a difficult time finding replacement parts, so I'd consider replacing the unit. Further, when there is an opener, the manual lock should NOT ever be engaged. If you have the typical snap lock, either the latches should be tied back or the catches on the tracks should be disabled.
