Clear Care is a Hydrogen Peroxide cleaner/disinfecting solution for contacts, which won't clean your glasses any better than using water and a soft cloth on glass or plastic lenses. And in both cases should not get into Clear Care in your eyes, because it will burn and could damage your eye if you get enough in your eye. So return it and get something else. A cheap option for a homemade glass cleaner would be to get a few microfiber cleaning clothes and a spray bottle or two. To the spray bottles add 3 parts water to 1 part white vinegar and a drop of liquid dish soap (shake to mix), and you will have a pretty good eye glass cleaner, that cuts the oils from your fingers and face rather well. (most of the smudges that get on eye glasses, will be face or finger oils). Or just buy one of the many eye glass cleaning products, sprays or wipes or household glass cleaners. Wipes are a good option for backpack, purses and pockets. ED, good to know the deal with AR coatings, never got them on any glasses myself, so never heard the warning for eye doctors. And forgot to mention avoiding ammonium glass cleaners (never buy them myself for smell reasons).
