I am using Aristocrat Water Clear Polyester Casting Resin to create some small charms / pendants for jewelry, but I don't know whether or not I should be looking for certain types of paints for such a material.Also, do I need any kind of sealant or primer before / after I paint the charms?Thanks in advance for any help you can offer!
It's very common for companies that have water trucks to make arrangements with the city to fill up their trucks at fire hydrants and pay the city for that. How do you know that no one is even paying for the water he's using? Did you ask the guy in the truck? Did you ask the city? How would you even know if they were? Or did you just assume that he wasn't paying because you didn't see him actually mail the check to city hall?

Well, if you run a stop sign what's gonna happen? You disobeyed a law and you pay for it, plain and simple. You may get away with it a few times but you eventually will get caught.
