Can make whatever the visitor wants since I am a manufacturerBut still, I am not having much success with this site. People do visit, my google rankings are good, but sales are low. What can I do to increase my sales? Do people prefer to buy rugs online or through a store?Is my site not properly designed or is there any evident flaw in it that drive away most people from actually buying off it? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I taught sales for a national company and this is what I learned. The three top sales tools are: #1Simplicity- Make the customers ability to decide and checkout as simple as possible. They might spend an hour on your site,but if it's confusing they won't waste a minute at check out time.{I haven't seen your site until now so I'm not saying it's confusing,but make it as simple as possible so people know prices instantly including shipping costs and can check out quickly and securely.} If you have to also use like pay pal or some kind of feature to make them feel comfortable about there payment process. #2 Need- Have little sales quotes or slogans to sell your product that will make these rugs feel like they are a need instead of just a luxury. Like they protect your carpets in high traffic areas or they are mood enhancers etc... #3 Emotional energy you give to customer- Make sure if you have any customer service phone # that you have perfect and quick customer service and the phone person must be very caring and charismatic. This will get people to look for ways unconsciously to come back or to tell others about you as everyone's #1 desire is for happiness and we are drawn to happy people. Good luck!
