Question:

What can I do to keep my 3, almost 4, year old upstairs? Gates aren't working.?

We have tried 4 different kinds of gates and he figures them all out. How in the world can I keep his butt upstairs so he can't come down and make a huge mess in the middle of the night? I caught him at 3 this morning trying to take the dog outside. I'm going out of my mind trying to figure out what to do with him and I'm not coming up with anything. Please help me!

Answer:

I know you said you didn't want to hear about other types of boots but the same company that makes EZ boots also makes a boot called Old Macs. I have two pair and LOVE THEM! They are good in ANY terrain. They have an agressive tread pattern that I believe would work for you. I use them on rocky mountains and muddy bottoms as well as sandy and forested trails and pavement. I've never had a problem with them. They can also be worn during turn out if necessary or when your horse is sore footed for any reason. They sell for about $145.00/pair (USD) and everything that touches your horse's foot is soft and flexible.
Yes but I still like the song
The best thing is to take it to a shop that sells the same kind of alarms. They can test the brain of the unit there. My guess would be that the brain for the alarm may need to be replaced! Because you bought the vehicle with the alarm already in it, this will not be under warranty. It may be cheaper just to buy a new alarm system and have it installed by a good installer! I would recommend staying away from all DEI products like Viper, Etc. Don't go to Best Buy or Circuit City! They do a very poor job of installing alarms! Go to a Car Audio/Security specialty store!
