Question:

What can I take to recycling centers?

I was wondering what I can take to recycling centersPaper? Aluminum? Glass? And, how much money will I get back for the items?

Answer:

This will keep you fuller: (but it's not much if you're active!) - 1 cup fiber one cereal - 1 cup berrries - 1 cup milk You outta try almond milk or soy milk instead of cows milk.
Why are you on a 1000 calorie diet if you are very active and your BMI is right above underweight? The more you workout the more calories you need because your body needs the energyAnyway, go with 250 because fiber fills you up more and the milk is good for muscles/bones/teeth/etc.
1st choice: pros: nonfat vanilla yogurt berries cons: strawberry 'preserves' probably contain a lot of extra sugar :/ 2nd choice: pros: berries high fiber cons: cinnamon oatmealusually oatmeal that comes in flavored packets is full of extra sugarwhat would be best is plain oatmeal, then add in cinnamon and berries and nuts etc till you're ok without the extra flavor 3rd: it seems like an ok breakfast
If you are an active teenager then you should not be on such limited caloriesThe more you diet and restrict calories now as a teenager, the harder it will be for you to stay at a healthy weight as you grow upRestricting calories actually makes you fat as your body goes into starvation mode and holds onto all of your fatIt also throws out your hormonal balance which effects your metabolism and then your weightAs a teenager you should just be eating a healthy diet full of whole grains, vegetables, low sugar fruits and protein sources (eggs, lean meat and nuts)All you need to do is cut out sugars and hidden sugars in food (fructose, sucrose, high fructose corn syrup, anything ending in 'ose', most low fat foods are high in sugar)Whether you are a teenager or an adult, sugar is the cause of obesitydon't eat it and you won't have to worry about your weightIf you want to count something then count your sugar grams25-30 grams of sugar a day is the maxEat 4-5 meals of healthy calories and cut out sugarI love that you are active and trying to eat healthyA great breakfast is one higher in healthy calories to kickstart your metabolism for the dayYou need some protein (nuts, eggs), lots of fiber (blueberries or other low sugar fruit, psyllium husks, whole grains), complex carbohydrates (whole grains, steel cut oats etc.) - NO SUGAR and watch for hidden sugars in certain bread brands, cereal brands etc So a great breakfast would be: -Steel cut oats -1/2 cup of berries (black and blue are the best and you can buy them frozen) -Crushed nuts (walnuts, almonds or LSA ix which is almonds, sunflower kernels and Linseeds) -1/4-1/2 cup Low fat milk (milk is really high in sugar) -Scoop of Low fat Natural Greek Yoghurt (NOT flavored)
