I was going to refrain, but in seeing Bill's response, I'll just add that he's absolutely right. I work in a library and also deal with some of the network/computer issues. When you visit sites specifically prohibited, even through a proxy site, you're opening up the entire network to a host of vulnerabilities. Sites like facebook and myspace are blocked for this very reason, among others.
