What can you guys bench, squat, curl, military press?

And how old are you and weight? i'm just curious

Answer:

Bench Press -170lbs [2 reps] Squat-140lbs [30 reps.] Military Press 95lbs [15 reps] I'm 15 years old going for 16 in a month.I weigh 190 lbs.I started lifting weights at the age of 14. I'm currently taking a supplement i bought at GNC called Pro-Nos for 20 dollars.
bench 100 im 14 weight 45
bench 200, im 16 weigh 180, not sure about the others
you can tell these kids just care about bench. que useless-o. squat (king of exercises) - 325 bench- 255 curls- seriously a useless question. curls are not a lift that you ask about a max. curls are a vanity lift that you should do at the end of your workout, and are also very dangerous to max out on. also pointless to max out on. for the record, i do like 95 for reps. military- 155 17 years old, weigh 180
I haven't maxed on anything in a while, a little stronger now but my most recent 1RMs are: bench - 370 squat - 555 curl - gotta go with Mr. P on this one, no one maxes on curls and that's inviting injury barbell mil press - not something i've maxed on but i would hazard to say probably around 200-205, i can rep out 155 10 times to the chest. weight 222-223
