21/2 cups whole wheat flour? cup white flour? cup oatmeal11/4 Tbsp baking powder1 Tbsp honey1 cup peanut butter1 cup milkCombine flour, oatmeal, and baking powderCombine milk, peanut butter, and honey in a separate bowl and mix wellStir peanut butter mixture into flour/oatmeal mixtureKnead dough and roll-out on floured surface to a quarter inch thicknessCut out treats using a cookie cutterPlace aluminum foil on cookie sheet and bake in a 400 degree oven for approximately 15 minutes.Am I suposed to cook the oatmeal? or leave it raw?

Answer:

It doesn't burn because an oven or toaster isn't powerful enoughIt's melting point is over 1200F.
