broadband tv versus digital cable
Broadband cable is for your computer. If you are going from a regular computer connection to broadband, it is a LOT faster. I would never ever go back to dial-up speed. Digital cable usually means for your TV. If you switch from regular TV to digital TV cable, you can control and give some commands to the computer, sort of like if you had TIVO. If you are talking about switching SERVICES, like switching companies, well, it all depends on what companies you are talking about.
The bigger the band width the faster the connection. In simpler terms 1.Dial-Up(slowest) 2.Cable/DSL 3.T1 4.T2 5.T3
