Question:

what do I inflate my tire to?

they are oversize 235/45r17 and I can not finde the correct tire pressure for them.

Answer:

Yes, I suppose so, but it would probably just come back onto the tent, and burn it up. Also they fires are very dangerous. But in theory, yeah, it would work. Get better soon!
Outfitting hunters and campers was nothing for Abercrombie Fitch. hell, they outfitted the British Army's nile Campaign of 1884-85. and i think they outfitted Lord Kitchener's nile Expedition in 1898. They also ran a very profitable Safari Outfitting service. Depending on the weather, you might be able to build up enough fire not to ned a tent. But IMO, you'd be a damned fool to leave an open fire burning big all night untended Am untended fire can ge out of hand quickly and easily. So if you want to rely on a fire in place of a tent, you and your partner had better split the night into watches and tend the fire all night. Night guard duty is as much about tending the fires as it is about watching for marauders, whether two-legged or four-legged. But you'd do well to have a tent in case of rain, snow or high winds. it is on the side wall of the tire except for some factory continental tires. it varies by tire manufacturer and type of tire and load capacity. the way we usually do it if it calls for 35 we go 35. 44 max run 40, 41 run 41, 50 above we usually drop about 5 lbs depending on rims and vehicle weight. low profile tires need the extra air other wise you will destroy the tires. oh ya prime example of why to ignore what is on the door jamb the ford explorer incedent low air pressure was a huge factor
Hi:Most Tires Have 32-35 Pounds Of Air In Them,Unless Otherwise Marked.Hope This Helps.Later.
Always look at the door jam for proper tire inflation. Even if it is oversized that is the way to go. Psi means pounds per square inch, so no need to over inflate just because you are putting a bigger tire on. For example a tire sized at 195/65r16 filled to 35 psi is going to have less air in it than a 205/65R16 filled to 35 psi. The stamp on the sidewall of a tire that usually says 40 or 44 psi is just the maximum amount of air that tire should have in it, it is NOT the recommended air pressure for that tire or your vehicle. Over inflation of your tires can lead to uneven tread wear, rougher tread wear, a rougher louder ride, and even raise your chances of blowing out the tire if you hit a bump or pothole.
