It depends upon the the area or the locality qty of the crackers. Shop keeper must take necessary security measures to avoid fire and people should co-operate in this regards i.e. not to light any crackers near any type of danger zone such as petrol pump, cracker shop etc. On Diwali, we need to take lots of security measures. A fire extinguisher and two sand water buckets are not enough to extinguish the fire. Safety and security is needed to celebrate a danger free Diwali.
Lip piercings take around 2-3 months to heal completely - I don't know why your piercer would have been willing to stretch your piercing at 4 weeks, that's pretty ridiculous. You shouldn't stretch a piercing until after double the healing time. It's just really irritated - if you're not still following aftercare then you need to be seeing as how it is unhealed. Do sea salt soaks twice a day on the outside and alcohol free mouthwash on the inside after meals. And don't change the jewelry again.
