Question:

What do you put on your application if you been fired?

What do you put on your application if you been fired? The company I worked for had zero tolerance policy. I was missing around with my friend him and I always playing around. I picked him up and he put his feet in the trash compactor. Then jumped out smiled at me. I was working and threw a long wooden board at me. It hurt so bad I went to tell the manager. Then HR called him in suspended him then fired him. They did the samething to me. He didn't get hurt I did. I was upset. Right now I'm filling out application left and right. I keep getting that part whats the reason for leaving. What do I put in there? In the interview do they ask the same question? I been with the company for 7 years the new company that took over have been firing people without written warnings.

Answer:

Yes The safety equipment they recommend is respirators gloves and safety glasses. With all that listed, you can tell, someone doesn't like the idea of being too close to the stuff.
True about the needle vs. ear gun statement. I'd suggest getting a stud. I got mine done last night and my piercer used a stud screw thing similar to a nose stud. I've heard the healing process is harder with a hoop, but I'm not sure.
