I looked this up in one of my water garden books and this is what it had to say. Overlap the sections by at least a foot and then apply a thin coat of PVC glue (made for flexible, not rigid PVC), and be sure to apply that to the full, parallel length of the liner from underneath the overlap. There is also a adhesive-backed liner tape that can be applied instead. After using one or both of these mediums, apply uniform pressure over the liner with a wallpaper roller, rolling pin, or burnishing tool. Let dry according to package directions before filling pond with water. If you have some smooth, flat heavy rock, you could place these over the doubled-liner at the bottom for extra security. Unfortunately, none of my books say where to purchase these adhesives.
The answer depends on the state you live in, but in most states it is not illegal to take photos, videotape or record audio of people in public situations. Posting there may be different laws for posting or displaying what they have taken, especially if they are being paid to do so. Why would you even worry about a Youtube of you getting in and out of your car unless you are pulling a L. Lohan and flashing the goodies?
