too many variables-like what condition is your suspension system in? How fast were you going when you went over and landed(?) really hard? Could be anything from bottoming out the suspension to hitting the bell housing on the engine/trans area to the undercarriage to exhaust system etc.
arrange furniture on the diagonal and use mirrors to illuminate and reflect space, particular the outside by being place opposite windows. utilize your walls, boxes, baskets, suitcases, etc as decorative storage space, (pillow covers can be a good way to to camouflage and utilize extra, out of season clothing). Being tidy and making sure everything has a place and is in it helps too.
Can you get at it from the inside? undo the two screws on the inside of the door/lock and remove the cylinder from the door. THEN rap the face of the lock against a hard object, like a table or floor until the piece falls out. IF it doesn't fall out, poke a needle into the BACK of the keyway, and push the remnant gently out the front. DON'T FORCE ANYTHING ELSE INTO IT! IF that doesn't work, then go around to a locksmith with the cylinder assembly only and he can disassemble the lock for you and remove the part without losing all the pins and springs.
