I friend of mine used Mirror Spray Paint and Glitter Spray Paint and sprayed cardboard and small styrofoam circles and it looked great.
Most craft stores sell sheets of copper and aluminium that are sooo thin and you can actually punch designs out of them and also draw on them it's awesome stuff

Eat healthy, and drink lots of water! I take prenatal vitamins and folic acids to help my hair grow, also. They work wonders on my hair! Also, when you shower, try to use luke warm water. Hot water damages your hair and skin. Exercize also helps your hair/nails grow.. Deep condition? Don't use too much heat, and if you do, make sure you use a heat protectant. Also, make sure you brush your hair a lot, but do not brush it when it is wet; just finger comb it to get the tangles out, that way you don't break the ends of your hair.
