1. is b because that is the way it is headed. 2. B. Either he wasn't moving in the first place or he is decelerating 3. B. I'm pretty sure but it's been a while since i've studied this stuff.
It really depends on the width of the wheel. If you put a wide tire on a narrow wheel then it will look like a balloon. You would actually get more of a foot print with a narrow tire on a wide wheel. Stick with stock size or get a rim to fit it. otherwise you will give up instead of gain traction. The exception is a dirt bike ridden in deeper mud.
They are great for drag racing on street bikes only for looks. They make cornering hard. breaking hard.
