The frogs are about half a year oldMy room temperature is 17 degrees C.I have purchased a 20W heat mat placed under the tank(18x18x24 inch tank)When I get home from work or college I cover them with a fleece blanketThey are next to (to the side not infront) of my radiator that is only on half setting to stop it drying them out.The tanks temperature is at 19-20 at night and 20-22 in the dayIs this ok for the winter months? I live in the UK and we are having a very cold spellDo I need to do anything else for them? I am giving them pinkies tonight to fatten them up abit more incase of hibernation or lowered metabolic rate.
20 degrees Celcius is the bare minimum at nightI tried to do the same thing that you did with a heat mat under my tank to a) conserve energy and b) conserve moneyHowever, my Pygmy Chameleon died as a result of temperatures not being able to exceed 70 during the entire winter (Nov.-March)Even now, I have a 75 watt heater bulb on top and I can't get over 80 degrees, 75 on cold daysIf you can cover up any large source of release where heat can be released, I suggest you do that, but not if it's the only source of ventilationI would also suggest a heater bulbHeating pads are good, but rarely reach the upper areas of the tank where tree frogs are more commonly found.

about the animals im not sure but in my religion people can be contacted by a spirit in their dreams its actually a very common phenomena so yes there is a possibility you may be contacted by a spirit
its true 3 am is a special time but i dont think it has much to do with youhonestly, it sounds like your still grieving for your grandmotherit might help if you think about all the good times you had with her and dont let anything get you downif something reminds you of her then it's obviously a good thingthis is just an old religion legend but 3 am is the time when spirits are most activebut when a religious person says spirits, they usually mean something not goodbut lots of people wake up at 3 am for no reasonalso, if you start sleeping at a descent hour (9 or 10) that could easily be a time when youre starting to dream so if you wake up, you can still see stuffi dont know for sure though.
Well i believe that the deer and the cat was your grandmother watching over you.With the dream i was going to say that it was your grandmother visiting you as this happens a lot to other people as well including myself but then you said that she died in your lap which seems strange for that to happen in a visitation so i think that it just must of been a lucid dream you had.You should just continue to keep your mind and eyes open for signs and ask your gran to visit you in your dreams.
