I'm Female 5'4 155lbsI was 169 on 3/20/13, My Doctor put me on Phentermine because I had medical issues preventing from losing weight- Vitamin D deficiency (Allergic to Milk) Which I have issues with Calcium as wellI also have Hyperglycemia which is the Gulcose (Sugar in body is too high) which before I had hypoglycemia which was where I couldn't keep Glucose in my body, I'm also on a pill for that.So being on the phentermine and I've lost weight with Cardio and watching what I eatI haven't had any Sodas of any kind no DietNo drinks with sugar etc.Just Iced tea (black) and waterI've had no fried foods no potatoes, Rice or Pasta, no Treats of any kindNo snackingI've been eating Veggies, Fruits, Lots of Greens (Salads ) Lean Meats like chicken and Turkeyand Whole grain bread, natural oatmeal, Yogurts (Greek)I was told from what I was eating it was almost like the Paleo Diet I cant find anything online about the Paleo diet Has anyone been on this type of Diet Plan? Can you tell/Show me where to get this info?
Your main KEY is to drink more water, eat LESS SUGARS and of Course cut back on your FAT intake.
