what foods have Iron in them?

I think i need more iron in my body (and any cheap foods would be pleased)

Iron supplement ( be sure to take with a daily vitamin to help absorb it) Canned clams Spinach and other leafy greens Red meats Quinoa Morning star fake turk'y burgers Artichokes Liver Pumpkin seeds Soy burgers Watermelon strangely enough
Green leafy veggies, lean meats, and fish come to mind.
