What fruits make you lose weight or thin-out quicker?

I'm sixteen and I try to eat healthy and exercise, but I still have a little excess fat on my lower stomachI know diets aren't the healthy way to lose weight, so I'd like to take a healthier and safer alternativeSo are there any fruits or foods that would allow a sixteen year-old girl to thin-out in a safe way? Or.what are the best exercise methods for effectively tightening your stomach?

I am SOOO with you on that! I used to be an assistant manager at Wal-Mart and OMG that is a complete NIGHTMARE! I worked in this one store that didn't open until 6 am, and the line started forming 4 across at 3:30 amBy the time we opened the doors, the line was over half a mile long.and I was out of shopping carts in 10 minutesThe store was so packed that it took me 45 minutes to get from the front registers to the garden center to help the cashier with a key flickI sent three employees to the emergency room that day from being run over by customers with shopping cartsI broke up countless fights between customers who were grabbing merchandise out of each other's carts, complaining that they took the last one, or they didn't deserve to buy 3 of this or whatever.NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
I must admit I do shop that day, actually they have the 5-11 am sales at Wal Mart Sears and Freds so I get up at 3:30 am and I am in Wal Mart by 4:15 so I can have all the sale items in my cart before the crowds start piling in, then at 5 am I simply check out but there are some people that get there at like midnightI know its crazy but I will do what I have to to be able to get my kids what they want for Christmas.
