Before you even think about racing get some form of lessons or training
When you turn 16 and go to a motorcycle riding school, they will teach you the basics. In the meantime, dont even attempt RACING.
spinach lentils chickpeas oranges banana kale broccoli collard greens mustard greens soybeans avocado pumpkin butternut squash all nuts too-peanut butterp, peanuts, almonds, brazil nuts, walnuts etc
Dark green leafy veggies such as kale, spinach, broccoli. Liver (not a veggie) is also high in iron. Or, easy way, get some iron supplements/vitamins, like Geritol.
